The active ingredients are encapsulated within the super-moisturizing formula, reducing the chances of irritation so it can be used as a sunscreen for sensitive skin. SkinCeuticals Ultimate UV Defense SPF 30 is ideal for use in high-altitude climates where other environmental factors can dry the skin out and it dries to a comfortable finish without a greasy or oily residue. To maintain protection, reapply every two hours. Reapply after two hours of swimming, excessive perspiring or towel drying. Use before applying makeup.
